Frequently asked questions

These are evaluation guidelines. The accurate scope belongs in the agreed project list.

Can I log in to a public demo now?

This site shows synthetic-data demo images. Guided sessions of runnable software are arranged after we understand the modules you want to review. A standalone public demo is not currently live.

Should I choose an existing system or custom development?

First compare the existing system with your core workflow. Then identify changes to branding, rules, permissions, integrations, or reporting.

Which platforms can you cover?

Web, H5, Android, and iOS member experiences can be assessed alongside an operations console. Features, app packaging, signing, and store requirements are scoped separately.

How do managed service, rental, and buyout differ?

They differ in the usage term, hosting and technical support responsibilities, source-code scope, and rights granted. Managed service refers to technical work; buyout rights must be written into the agreement.

Is source code always included?

The modules, third-party dependencies, documentation, and handover method must be specified in the project scope.

Can it run on my own server?

Independent deployment can be assessed after checking servers, domains, data sources, access, backups, and target-region requirements.

How do you estimate price and schedule?

We need a feature list, current-system context, integration materials, and acceptance criteria before proposing stages and a quote.

What should I include in my first message?

Share the product type, target region, existing versus custom preference, member and admin needs, intended timeline, and server or domain status.
